Translate production basis to local language.\nResponsible for setup of production processes according to the production strategy of Vestas Blades.• Responsible for cooperation with Maintenance technicians on maintenance of equipment in the production area to meet operational requirements and company values and image.\nPreparation and maintenance of necessary production documentation for correct manufacture of products.\nProvide technical support and training to production teams when required as it applies to production processes, documentation, and setup of production lines.\nTake responsibility for all issues related to production process issues.\nIdentifying key potentials, and implementing action plans through reporting systems to improve production quality.\nImprove existing production processes to support continuous improvement on production lines, and make it more robust.\nCooperation with Production Quality Department, supporting cross-plant system issues that impact overall compliance.\nCooperation with MAN-Blades, PE team, Technology team to secure knowledge and understanding of production strategy.\nInterface to cooperate with Manufacturing Tools & Equipment department, secure knowledge and understanding of production strategy.\nProvide timely support to all shifts defined by project needs, production schedule, and production processes issues.\nHandling change control of process areas, procedures in the factory. Working on routings, item warehouse, and item process.\nAssist with additional projects and duties as assigned.\nQualifications\nMaster's degree (5-year program) in Engineering, with a focus on manufacturing, mechanical, or materials engineering related to blade production\nCompetencies\nRequired:\nAbility to remain focused and professional under tight deadlines Proficiency in Italian, both written and spoken\nProficiency in English, both written and spoken\nSolid understanding of quality processes, methodologies, and reporting practices\nWell-developed analytical thinking and problem-solving skills\nEffective verbal and written communication abilities, along with a team-oriented mindset\nPrevious experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, or production environments is highly appreciated\nFamiliarity with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., 8D, FMEA, SPC, Root Cause Analysis)\nKnowledge of ISO 9001 or other relevant quality standards\nExperience with ERP or quality management systems (e.g., SAP, QMS platforms)\nWhat we offer\nJoin us in a rewarding position that offers meaningful chances for career and personal development within an inspiring workplace at a global leader in sustainable energy solutions for the energy industry.
