This is your opportunity to combine technical skills, process ownership, and continuous improvement while contributing to the future of sustainable energy.\nTechnology & Operations > Manufacturing > Nacelles Offshore Process Engineering\nThe Nacelles Offshore Process Department is accountable for the effective introduction of new products into Vestas' offshore production facilities. In addition, the department continuously optimizes and industrializes existing products to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and scalability. The department is based across three sites: Aarhus, Lindø, and Szczecin.\nResponsibilities\nOwn the end-to-end performance of designated manufacturing process areas, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets are reached\nDevelop, implement, and continuously improve manufacturing processes, work instructions, process documentation, and production standards\nPrepare and maintain key process deliverables including PFMEA, Control Plans, process flows, and manufacturing specifications\nCollaborate closely with R&D teams during product development to ensure Design for Manufacturing (DfM) principles are incorporated early in the development process\nSupport new product introductions, industrialization activities, prototype builds, and production implementation\nDrive root cause analysis and corrective actions related to process deviations, quality issues, and manufacturing challenges\nSupport standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing sites using Lean and Kaizen methodologies\nQualifications\nThere are many backgrounds and paths into this position so if you have some or more of the below qualifications we are interested in hearing from you\nBachelor's degree or equivalent within Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Production Engineering, Marine Engineering, or another relevant technical discipline\nSome experience within manufacturing engineering, process engineering, industrialization, production engineering, or a similar technical role\nUnderstanding of manufacturing processes, production systems, and continuous improvement methodologies\nExperience with PFMEA, Control Plans, process validation, and manufacturing documentation\nKnowledge of Design for Manufacturing (DfM), process optimization, and production readiness activities\nExperience working in a manufacturing environment with cross-functional stakeholders\nProfessional proficiency in English\nCompetencies\nWell-developed ownership mindset with the ability to take responsibility for an entire production area\nStructured and methodical approach to problem-solving and process improvements\nAbility to work with minimal supervision while effectively collaborating with stakeholders across functions and locations\nSolid communication skills and the ability to engage with both technical and operational teams\nCurious and forward-thinking approach with a focus on continuous improvement\nComfortable working within a changing and evolving organizational environment\nAbility to balance shop-floor engagement with structured engineering practices\nWhat we offer\nThis role offers a unique opportunity to join a manufacturing organization undergoing significant transformation and development.
