The team develops, manages, and continuously enhances the analytics framework that supports the entire Procurement organization, driving business engagement on analytical tools, bringing intelligent solutions into the procurement organization, and developing the analytical framework within Procurement.\nResponsibilities\nIn this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for procurement data, ensuring that data is accessible, reliable, and structured to support strategic decision-making and analytics across the organization. Your responsibilities will include:\nOwn and evolve the procurement data landscape by understanding data sources, flows, and dependencies, ensuring data is structured and governed for maximum business value\nDesign, optimize, and manage data pipelines, driving the enhancements and simplifications of the data landscape within Snowflake\nEnable data-driven decision-making by providing high-quality, consistent, and accessible data for analytics, guiding stakeholders, and developing business intelligence initiatives\nPartner with global and regional procurement stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable solutions that support operational and strategic objectives\nDrive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance data quality, automate processes, and increase efficiency across the procurement data ecosystem\nSupport business-critical and ad hoc data needs, providing guidance, troubleshooting, and analytical solutions that help stakeholders make informed decisions\nAct as a bridge between business and technology teams, ensuring alignment on data architecture, governance, and analytics requirements\nQualifications\nMaster’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, Business Intelligence, or a related discipline\nProven experience in data engineering, data analytics, or a similar data-focused role, preferably within a business-driven environment where data is leveraged to support strategic decision-making\nStrong ability to understand and navigate business processes, particularly within procurement or supply chain functions, and translate complex business requirements into effective data and analytics solutions\nCompetencies\nStrong ability to engage and collaborate with business stakeholders, building trusted relationships while effectively managing diverse requests and priorities across the organization\nResourceful and solution-oriented, with the ability to navigate complex challenges, identify root causes, and deliver practical, value-driven outcomes\nResults-focused professional who thrives in dynamic environments, embraces change, and demonstrates flexibility in managing both strategic initiatives and ad hoc priorities\nTakes ownership of tasks and initiatives, ensuring timely execution, continuous improvement, and delivery of high-quality results\nStrong proficiency in SQL and experience working with modern data platforms such as Snowflake or similar\nExperience developing insights and reporting solutions using data visualization tools such as Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC).
