Lidera personal operativo, gestiona recursos y materiales, da seguimiento a indicadores de desempeño y colabora con diferentes áreas para garantizar la continuidad y eficiencia de los procesos productivos.\n Responsabilidades:\nSupervisar y coordinar las operaciones diarias de producción para asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos.\nLiderar personal operativo y coordinar actividades a través de líderes o jefes de grupo.\nAtender y resolver problemas de producción mediante un enfoque de análisis y solución de problemas.\nAdministrar los recursos de materia prima necesarios para la operación.\nEstablecer y monitorear controles mediante reportes e indicadores de desempeño.\nAsegurar el cumplimiento de los planes de producción y tiempos comprometidos.\nColaborar con las áreas de Materiales, Calidad, Ingeniería y Mantenimiento para garantizar la continuidad operativa.\nVerificar el cumplimiento de los procedimientos operativos y ayudas visuales en piso de producción.\nSupervisar el uso adecuado de maquinaria, herramientas y equipos.\nPromover una cultura de seguridad, asegurando el uso correcto del equipo de protección personal (EPP).\nImpulsar iniciativas de orden y limpieza bajo metodologías 5S.\nDar seguimiento a programas de capacitación y certificación del personal a cargo.\nVerificar el correcto llenado de registros, listas de verificación y documentación operativa.\nDar seguimiento a problemas de calidad, documentando evidencia y acciones correctivas.\nRealizar actividades administrativas relacionadas con la gestión del personal y la operación.\nParticipar en la planeación de actividades y resolución de conflictos dentro del equipo.\nCompetencias:\nLiderazgo.\nSolución de problemas (Problem Solving).\nExcelente actitud de servicio y trabajo en equipo.\nSentido de urgencia.\nComunicación efectiva.\nPlaneación y organización.\nToma de decisiones.\nManejo de personal.\nResolución de conflictos.\nEnfoque en seguridad, calidad y producto\nCalificaciones: \nCarrera profesional concluida (Ingeniería o licenciatura afín).\nSe consideran candidatos de cualquier rama de manufactura con experiencia relevante.\nMínimo 3 años de experiencia en supervisión dentro de entornos de manufactura.\nExperiencia en manejo de personal.\nConocimientos en sistemas de calidad, ISO y metodologías de solución de problemas.\nExperiencia trabajando con indicadores de producción, calidad y seguridad.\nDisponibilidad de horario.\nBuen rendimiento y condición física.\nActitud responsable, proactiva y orientada a resultados.\nOur commitment to a fair hiring.\n At Vestas, we evaluate all candidates solely based on their professional experience, education, and relevant skills.
