This role translates business objectives into operational execution by ensuring production goals are achieved through effective workforce planning, employee development, Lean Manufacturing principles, and cross-functional collaboration.\nThe Production Supervisor leads frontline employees, and team leads, drives operational performance, supports employee engagement, and develops high-performing teams that consistently deliver results aligned with Vestas' safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.\nOperational Leadership\nLead daily production activities to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives.\nExecute production plans efficiently while ensuring adherence to takt time and customer commitments.\nMonitor production performance, identify barriers, and make real-time operational decisions to maintain production flow.\nEnsure adequate workforce planning and resource allocation to meet production requirements.\nCoordinate activities across shifts and collaborate with support functions to maintain operational continuity.\nEnsure accurate production reporting and data integrity within manufacturing systems.\nEnsure team members have the tools, resources, and knowledge required to meet production expectations.\nSafety & Quality Leadership\nPromote and maintain a strong safety-first culture where safety is a core value and daily expectation.\nEnsure compliance with all health, safety, environmental, and company policies and procedures.\nLead safety observations, audits, investigations, and corrective actions.\nDrive employee ownership of workplace safety and proactively address risks.\nEnsure products meet all quality standards through training, process adherence, inspections, and performance monitoring.\nHold teams accountable for standard work, quality requirements, and process compliance.\nTeam Leadership & Development\nLead, coach, and develop hourly employees and team leads to achieve operational and partners.\nPartner with Planning, Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Logistics, Human Resources, and EHS teams to achieve business objectives.\nEscalate concerns appropriately and communicate operational priorities clearly and consistently.\nBuild strong working relationships that support a high-performance manufacturing environment.\nRelentlessly communicate both inward and outward to ensure alignment across the business.\nEssential Functions\nDemonstrate strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess situations, identify root causes, and implement manufacturing environment.\nUtilize Microsoft Office applications and manufacturing systems to manage operations and performance.\nWhat You Will Bring:\nRequired\nAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Operations Management, Business, or a related field.\nMinimum of three (3) years of leadership experience in a manufacturing, production, industrial, or related environment, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.\nDemonstrated experience leading teams in a fast-paced production environment.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.\nExperience using ERP/MRP systems and other manufacturing-related software platforms.\nStrong communication, coaching, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.\nWorking knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and 5S principles.\nExperience utilizing root cause analysis and structured problem-solving methodologies.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business conditions.\nDemonstrated ability to work effectively in teams with a high degree of adaptability and flexibility.\nStrong desire to learn new skills and continuously develop knowledge.\nExcellent work ethic, dependability, and dedication to team and company success.\nPreferred\nExperience with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).\nExperience in high-volume manufacturing environments.\nWind energy, composites manufacturing, or advanced manufacturing experience.\nWhat You Will Receive:\nWe
