In this role, you’ll play a key part in turning strategy into action and creating an environment where people and performance grow together.\nYou will be responsible for one of our production areas, where we make the blades ready for painting. Here you will be responsible for around 20 - 30 employees, hourly paid production workers. In cooperation with the Production Manager and Supervisor colleagues you ensure that production is delivered safely, of the right quality according to delivery plan. Secure that the team is delivering according to the agreed production plan in its own process area. In Nakskov, the production working schedule is based on a 3-1-3-7 rotation of 12-hour shifts. That means that you will meet on Thursday, Friday and Saturday with a day off on Sunday. Then return to work Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday before going off for a week. It will be permanent night- or dayshift.\nResponsibilities\nEnsure safety in the production site\nSecure deliveries to the specified quality criteria and according to the production requirements and resources\nEnsure efficient and high performing team with 5S as foundation\nSecure that the employees are being trained according to the production training development program\nMaintain correct use of production planning software/hardware\nContinuous motivation and leadership development\nQualifications\nGood communication skills, with fluent local language (Danish) and English (written and verbal)\nThe motivation and personality to continuously motivate and coach your team towards agreed KPI\nUnderstanding of safety and quality processes and reporting\nA team-oriented person who understands how to work in a matrix organization and able to have a holistic view\nGood development and improvement skills where you can identify and implement new processes in own area\nAttention to detail is essential, but as a supervisor, you should be able to step back and let the organization deliver while you secure the overview\nManaging and adjusting own behaviors to work effectively in the light of new information, changing situations, different environments, and flexibility\nCompetencies\nYou thrive in an organization in continuous development\nYou are people and process oriented, and you are structured in your work\nYou work with ease across different cultures\nYou have solid experience of people management in a manufacturing environment e.g. in a chemical or with mechanical processes\nGood understanding and experience with Six-sigma and 5S\nConfident user of Microsoft Office and general good IT skills\nWhat we offer\nAn exciting and complex role in a global renewable energy company, with opportunities for professional and personal growth.
