Join Vestas as a Project Technician and help develop and implement technical solutions that improve safety, reliability, and efficiency across our service operations.\nWe are looking for candidates from all over the Poland\nRegion NCE and Global Offshore > NCE > SERV OP Upgrade Mgmt Projects\nThe Service Operations Development NCE Department delivers customized solutions for up-tower repairs, crane less solutions or cost out initiatives to the NCE (Northern & Central Europe) Service regions. Strong collaboration with WTG (Wind Turbine Generator) Engineering Support / Construction and CIM department.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the implementation of strategic projects focused on operational excellence, compliance, and cost reduction\nPrepare and evaluate CIM cases, including technical feasibility assessments, tool and material availability, and implementation planning\nIntroduce, review, and support the deployment of new repair methods, tools, materials, and technologies\nPlan, organize, and deliver technical training, practical workshops, and briefings for service teams across the region\nAct as a technical focal point by facilitating problem-solving activities and escalating complex technical issues when required\nDevelop and maintain technical reports, performance metrics, and KPIs for management and key stakeholders\nParticipate in customer interactions and meetings, providing technical support and project updates when needed\nQualifications\nTechnical, preferably electrical, education or equivalent engineering/technical qualification\n3 - 5 years of relevant experience in a similar technical or project-related role, preferably within the wind energy industry\nValid B+E driving license and willingness to travel is required\nExperience in Microsoft Office applications and technical reporting tools\nKnowledge of Vestas turbine technologies, service processes, and technical documentation would be an advantage \nExperience delivering technical training in classroom, workshop, or turbine environments\nBasic project management knowledge with the ability to coordinate activities across international teams\nCompetencies\nStrong safety mindset with a commitment to maintaining the highest HSE standards\nVery good communication and stakeholder management skills in a multicultural environment\nVery good written and spoken English skills\nSelf-driven and proactive approach with strong organizational and planning abilities\nAbility to work effectively in cross-functional teams and build collaborative relationships\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with attention to details\nWhat we offer\nWe offer an exciting job with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring environment at world's leading wind turbine producer.
