Then we encourage you to apply.\nTechnology & Operations > Nacelles Manufacturing > Quality Engineering\nThe Quality Engineering Department is a vital part of our manufacturing organization and plays a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of safety, reliability, and performance.\nOur team works across both Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC):\nQuality Assurance focuses on preventing defects through robust processes, procedures, standards, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nQuality Control focuses on verifying product quality through inspections, testing, and data-driven analysis to ensure compliance with specifications and customer requirements.\nAs a Quality Engineer, you will play an important role in both areas while partnering closely with stakeholders across the organization to support our quality culture and operational excellence.\nResponsibilities\nSupport and facilitate Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and structured problem-solving activities.\nSupport the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System in accordance with ISO 9001.\nParticipate in internal and external audits and follow up on findings and improvement actions.\nManage non-conforming materials and products, ensuring timely implementation of corrective and preventive actions.\nSupport and approve production trials, process changes, and implementation activities.\nContribute to the development and optimization of quality procedures, standards, and work instructions.\nManage initiatives focused on reducing Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and improving operational performance.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, or a related technical discipline.\nMinimum of 5 years' experience within a quality manufacturing department or industrial engineering environment.\nExperience with Quality Management Systems and continuous improvement methodologies.\nExperience from a similar large organization\nKnowledge of ISO 9001 and audit processes.\nExperience with non-conformance management and corrective actions.\nFamiliarity with quality tools such as PFMEA, Control Plans, SPC, or similar methodologies.\nKnowledge of IATF 16949.\nSkilled data analyst with a strong ability to identify trends and drive continuous improvement opportunities\nCompetencies\nWell-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.\nDemonstrates a strong sense of ownership, ensuring timely follow-up, accountability, and delivery of high-quality results\nA structured and data-driven approach to your work.\nAbility to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across different functions.\nCareful attention to detail and commitment to quality.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Danish.\nSkilled at managing priorities while maintaining concentration during busy periods.\nSelf-motivated and initiative-driven mindset.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.\nWhat We Offer\nContribute to Our Mission\nYour work will contribute directly to the production of renewable energy solutions that help support a more sustainable future.\nProfessional Development\nAt Vestas, we are committed to supporting your personal and professional growth through training, development opportunities, and knowledge sharing.\nCollaborative Culture\nJoin a team of experienced and skilled colleagues who value teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.\nExciting Challenges\nIn this role, you will contribute to an environment centered on innovation, quality, and operational Excellence.\nAdditional Information\nLocation: Lindø, Denmark\nTravel: 0-20 days/year\nApplications are reviewed on an ongoing basis.
