You will be responsible for developing team capabilities, supporting the resolution of quality issues, maintaining compliance with quality and safety requirements, and promoting a consistent quality-first culture through visible leadership and cross-functional collaboration.\nResponsibilities\nManage and develop the site’s Quality Technician organization, ensuring adequate coverage, capability, and performance across all shifts.\nEnsure quality inspections, non-conformance management, product release activities, and quality documentation are executed consistently in accordance with established standards and procedures.\nDevelop team capabilities through training, coaching, competency assessments, and continuous feedback.\nResolve complex quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies (e.g., 5-Why, 8D, containment activities, and root cause analysis), ensuring timely escalation and closure of issues.\nMonitor quality performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement to enhance product quality and operational performance.\nSupport and facilitate audits, quality reviews, and compliance activities while ensuring the timely closure of findings and corrective actions.\nCollaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Safety, and Quality stakeholders to implement continuous improvement initiatives.\nPromote and maintain a robust quality and safety culture through visible leadership and employee engagement.\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, or a related technical field, or an equivalent technical qualification\nMinimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or operational leadership roles.\nPrevious experience leading, coaching, or supervising teams in a manufacturing environment.\nEffective problem-solving skills with practical experience using structured methodologies such as 8D, A3, 5-Why, and Root Cause Analysis.\nSolid communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across functions and organizational levels.\nExperience with Quality Core Tools, including SPC, FMEA, Control Plans, and MSA.\nExperience working with ISO 9001 standards and quality compliance requirements.\nGood understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance principles.\nCompetencies\nEffective leadership and coaching skills, with the ability to develop, motivate, and engage teams.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Danish\nDemonstrated ability to solve complex problems using structured methodologies such as 5-Why, 8D, and A3.\nAbility to prioritize competing demands and ensure consistent execution of critical quality activities.\nGood understanding of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and quality standards.\nEffective communication and collaboration skills across all organizational levels.\nResults-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.\nSkill in making informed decisions within a demanding manufacturing environment.\nHigh level of accountability, ownership, and attention to detail.\nWhat We Offer\nThis is a unique opportunity to take on a key leadership role within Quality Operations.
