You will have the opportunity developing a career within a very exciting industry in a global company.\nResponsibilities\nAs a Special Task Coordinator you will be a direct support to the Operations team for planning and execution of the main components replacement and repair operations including subcontractors, parts and tools sourcing and ordering, resource management and optimization and cost management.\nThis role is responsible for ensuring an optimal level of execution of all main components replacement and repair operations and progress reporting to Customer Service Management and the Service Manager:\nBe responsible for site performance monitoring/CMS alarms that lead to MCR replacement and repairs\nWeekly calls with all area schedulers (sites, technical support, predictive maintenance, technology)\nPre-bundling of all MCR orders\nMaster data management\nControl and monitoring of utilization factors and optimization\nManage implementation of main component upgrades (or assist local teams to do so).\nQualifications\nPrior experience in main component replacement and repairs (not mandatory)\nMedium level English language\nDemonstrated leadership capability is essential\nCompetencies\nKnowledge of and teaching experience with troubleshooting techniques, including use of schematic drawings and interpretations\nRecommended to have experience in inventory control procedures, analytical skills, and trend analysis\nCustomer service skills are necessary\nCapable of instructing and supporting problem solving situations\nAbility to monitor performance and capacity\nStructured approach and business oriented\nAbility to optimize and improve the planning of service activities on an overall level\nWhat we offer\nVestas is the energy industry's global partner on sustainable energy solutions.
