We are looking for a Special Task Coordinator for Vestas\nRegion NCE and Global Offshore > NCE > Planning Blade North & West\nVestas Northern and Central Europe is a sales business unit covering Scandinavia, UK, Ireland, Poland, the Baltics, Germany, Benelux.\nWe are responsible for the Sales function, Project, Installation and Service of wind farms throughout these regions. We aim to be the No. 1 performing business unit within Vestas, and we aim to make Vestas Northern and Central Europe the best place to work. The Service North department is responsible for service, service sales and maintenance of the wind turbines within the UK, Benelux and Nordic countries.\nResponsibilities\nTechnical review of planned and unplanned work before the work orders are released to the technicians as well as technical approval of the service order for completed work\nProduce accurate technical documentation and work instructions from our internal systems to the technicians\nDefine the resources needed for the different tasks regarding technicians, materials, and tools\nMonitor inventory and availability of materials\nProvide general technical guidance to the staff in the office and the technicians in the field\nGeneral office tasks\nPrioritizing open work orders within defined company rules and guidelines\nQualifications\nPractical experience with technology, from work or leisure in wind industry\nGood IT skills and experience with information processing in databases/planning tools\nFluency in English and Danish\nWork experience from blade related trade, e.g., in production or after sales, as well as working on site\nExperience from supervising small development projects in similar role or as project manager\nExperience of office works\nExperience with SAP/Salesforce\nCompetencies\nAn understanding of and interest in new technology and digging into technical documentation\nIndependent and very structured in your work\nHave an systematic approach, good analytical and problem-solving skills, paired with an aptitude for numbers and capable to analyse and identify trends\nAn ability to remain calm under pressure, and to handle varying workloads\nClear and concise oral and written communication skills, as you will be dealing with several stakeholders\nLeadership skills and ability to assign tasks and instruct others effectively\nAs a person you are confident and proactive\nWhat we offer\nWe offer an exciting job with great opportunities for professional and personal development in an inspiring, collaborative, and international work environment in the renewable energy sector.
