Come and Join us at Vestas!\nVestas Technology & Operations > Manufacturing > Blades Manufacturing > NDT\nThe purpose is to conduct rigorous NDT inspection in wind turbine blades and evaluate NDT results to fulfill customer requirements.\nResponsibilities\nPerforming daily NDT inspection in shop floor as well as site whenever required\nCalibrate the NDT equipment with records\nResponsible for maintenance of NDT equipment\nPerform thermography inspection of wind turbine blade\nPerform Conventional UT and PAUT in wind turbine blade\nProvide NDT on job training to trainees\nReparation NDT reports with results\nEvaluate PAUT raw data as per customer specification\nReview customer’s specifications and scopes of work, examine pipe metallurgy and prepare detailed NDT procedures to achieve specified quality\nReview subcontractors' tender documents and technical qualifications\nAssist EHS Department on subcontractor assessments/audits\nReview and approve subcontractors' NDT submissions\nEnsure that records are maintained for all NDT activities to demonstrate achievement of client requirements\nQualifications\nDiploma/Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Production, or related disciplines.\nASNT Level II required with UT Experience minimum of 3 years\nCandidates should be willing to work in a manufacturing environment and in shifts.\nGood physical fitness and willingness to perform shop-floor activities.\nCompetencies\nSafety awareness and strong adherence to safety procedures.\nQuality-conscious approach with attention to detail.\nAbility to follow standard work instructions and production processes.\nTeamwork and effective communication.\nDiscipline, reliability, and willingness to learn.\nProblem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.\nWhat We offer\nWe offer an exciting job with excellent opportunities for professional and personal development possibilities in an inspiring environment at an established wind turbine manufacturer.
