Vestas is a world leading, renewable energy company that develops, builds, installs and maintains wind turbines all over the globe. We are currently recruiting for a full-time Warehouse Coordinator/Operator to work at our Area Warehouse in Motherwell Scotland. If you are an experienced Warehouse Operator with a proactive mindset and a structured working approach, this could be the ideal opportunity for you!
Responsibilities
- Working safely and ensuring a safe working environment for others
- Receive, process and put-away all inbound shipments + Order Pick, Pack and Ship
- Update and maintain the integrity of the SAP MRP Stock Control System
- Booking transport collections
- Raising Dangerous Goods Notes for the Transportation of COSHH materials
- Periodic Cycle Counting, annual Stocktaking and Waste Management activities
Qualifications
- Certificate of Reach and/or Counterbalance Forklift competency (Essential)
- IT Literate, email, Word & Excel (Essential)
- Previous SAP experience would be advantageous, however full training will be provided
- Working Knowledge of handling Dangerous Goods (Desirable - as training will be provided)
- Health & Safety accreditation, such as IOSH, etc (Desirable)
