In this role, you will mentor a team to uphold the organization's central beliefs and to perform their respective functions. Your key responsibilities will include safety leadership, operational efficiency, financial performance, and customer account management. You'll be responsible for technical problem-solving, budget management, and ensuring optimal turbine performance.\nResponsibilities\nCultivate an environment focused on safety at the site, promoting continuous improvement in safety performance. \nDevelop and empower your team to efficiently operate and maintain wind turbine plants. \nEstablish robust partnerships with clients to guarantee the fulfillment of contractual commitments. \nManage costs adequately to meet budgetary targets for service contracts. \nCoordinate planned maintenance and diagnostic efforts to improve turbine performance\nCompetencies\nProficient in business management, with capabilities in fiscal oversight and assessing organizational effectiveness. \nExperience in coaching and motivating teams. \nProficiency in safety programs, practices, and procedures. \nHighly motivated and accountable, with a proficiency in problem-solving and continuous improvement. \nPrevious budgeting and project management experience. \nWell-versed in negotiating agreements and ensuring customer satisfaction. \nQualifications\n2-3 years of management experience in a related service field. \nWillingness to work at the service site and travel (to various turbines) as needed. \nA technical background is beneficial, with knowledge of hydraulic or rotating heavy equipment. \nSolid English communication skills, both verbal and written. \nValid driver's license and passport. \nPhysical Demands\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that are met by an employee, to effectively perform the essential functions of this role. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable team members with disabilities to perform the essential functions.\nAbility to stand and walk for prolonged periods of time. \nHearing ability to use telephones, close range radios or related device. \nVisual acuity including depth perception, field of vision and the ability to distinguish between colors. \nAbility to bend, crouch, or squat as needed, as well as coordination skills and manual dexterity. \nAbility to climb stairs & vertical ladders to heights of 60 to 100 meters and at times supervise work in confined space environments. \nAbility to lift, push, pull, carry items up to, but not more than 50 lbs. in weight. \nAbility to observe training and obtain certification in required safety programs that include LOTO, Electrical, Fall Arrest & High Angle Emergency Decent, and Confined Space. \nAbility to fully participate in all training courses, including controlled decent practical exercises. \nDue to safety parameters of fall protection equipment, the total weight of required PPE and gear shall weigh 300lbs or less while being worn.
