challenges inherent in large-scale distributed systems.\n\nRequirements: \nExperience: 2-4 years of professional software development experience in a fast-paced environment.\nBackend Mastery: Strong proficiency in Java and/or Node.js (and a willingness to work across both).\nSystem Design: Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and microservices architecture.\nDatabases: Experience working with relational (e. g., PostgreSQL and MySQL) and non-relational databases.\n\nBonus Points If You Have: \nFrontend Flavour: Experience building responsive user interfaces using React.js .\nHigh-Scale Background: Prior experience working on high-throughput, low-latency systems with significant TPS (transactions per second).\nFinTech Knowledge: Familiarity with financial systems,
