As advocates for the organization, Relief CSRs strive to generate goodwill and loyalty for the organization while performing their work in a professional manner at all times.\nResponsibilities/Essential Functions\nSafely operate a company step van in designated area to provide products and service to a variety of clients.\nVerify daily preventative maintenance of vehicle and maintain proper operator documentation;\nManage daily route independently to ensure accurate and timely delivery of product;\nLoads/unloads product per company policies, procedures, and guidelines;\nReview invoices daily for complete and accurate information and make corrections as needed;\nMeet sales goals and promotes overall route growth to enhance profitability;\nDevelop leads/prospects, calls on prospective customers to solicit business, prepare service agreements, and install new accounts. Assists the sales organization with the procurement of additional new business;\nPossess a strong understanding of services, policies, and pricing methods and can clearly communicate these to customers;\nMonitor customer feedback and handle customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner;\nTake responsibility for your personal safety and watch out for the safety of others.
