This role combines hands-on enterprise application administration with disciplined project management, stakeholder coordination, vendor oversight, financial tracking, and production support.\nKey Responsibilities\nAgiloft Administration & Configuration\nServe as a hands-on administrator and subject matter expert for the Agiloft platform.\nConfigure and maintain tables, fields, forms, layouts, workflows, business rules, notifications, escalations, and approval processes.\nManage users, groups, roles, permissions, access controls, and security settings.\nDevelop and maintain reports, dashboards, searches, views, and system metrics.\nTroubleshoot application, configuration, workflow, data, access, and user issues; provide ongoing production support.\nWorkflow Optimization & Platform Enhancements\nGather business and functional requirements and translate them into effective Agiloft configuration solutions.\nEvaluate existing processes and identify opportunities for workflow automation, system improvements, and operational efficiencies.\nManage enhancements, configuration changes, releases, upgrades, testing, UAT, and production deployments.\nSupport integrations with other enterprise applications and assist with API or integration-related activities.\nManage data imports, exports, updates, migrations, cleansing, and ongoing data quality.\nMaintain configuration, technical, functional, and user documentation.\nProvide training, guidance, and support to users and business stakeholders.\nProject Management & Delivery\nManage IT projects from initiation through planning, execution, implementation, and closeout.\nDevelop and maintain project schedules, milestones, dependencies, resource plans, and deliverables.\nDevelop and manage project budgets, financial tracking, forecasts, purchase orders, and project-related costs.\nManage vendors and third-party partners, including deliverables, timelines, contracts, performance, and issue resolution.\nTrack project risks, issues, dependencies, scope changes, and decisions; ensure appropriate escalation and resolution.\nCoordinate internal and external resources to keep projects on schedule and within approved budgets.\nProvide project status reporting, financial updates, and communications to stakeholders and leadership.\nFacilitate project meetings, working sessions, status reviews, and stakeholder discussions.\nApply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project management practices based on initiative needs.\nRequired Qualifications\n5+ years of experience in IT, enterprise applications, technology delivery, IT project management, or agile delivery.\nStrong hands-on experience in platform administration, ideally on contract lifecycle management or procurement platforms.\nExperience supporting implementations, enhancements, upgrades, integrations, and ongoing production environments.\nStrong project management experience, including scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, vendor management, risk and issue management, and stakeholder communication.\nExperience managing projects from requirements through implementation and closeout.\nStrong analytical, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.\nAbility to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.\nAbility to manage competing priorities and operate independently at all levels in the organization, especially with legal and IT personnel.\nPreferred Qualifications\nDemonstrated experience with Agiloft workflows, business rules, permissions, reporting, automation, and application configuration.\nExperience with Agile or hybrid project environments.\nExperience with APIs, integrations, SaaS platforms, or other enterprise applications.\nSoftware / Tools\nAgiloft or other Contract Lifecycle Management platforms\nMicrosoft Office / O365\nAzure DevOps and/or Atlassian Platform (Jira)\nMicrosoft Teams\nPower BI\nExcel (Advanced)\nVisio / Lucidchart\nServiceNow\nWorking Environment/Physical Requirements\nHybrid or remote work schedule / environment; up to 20% travel may be required.\nMust be available during standard U.S. Eastern (ET) bsuiness hours.\nVestis® is a leader in the B2B uniform and workplace supplies category.
