The On-Site Coordinator is responsible for notifying Customer contact(s) of any issues with deliveries, losses, ruins, etc. All issues should be handled within a timely manner (preferably within 24 hours).\nResponsibilities/Essential Functions\nBreakdown totes (from new deliveries)\nStock garment racks with age appropriate garments\nStock oldest garments first (FIFO practice)\nMark totes with appropriate dates\nRotate all garments to ensure no expiry is left on shelf.\nStocking will need to occur on each shift (or until adequately stocked)\nMonitoring of slow moving inventory and determining whether stock reductions are necessary\nWeekly status updates to Customer contact (All Areas)\nIssues with garments, stocking, orders, etc.\nLack of garment rotation (sizes sitting for extended periods of time)\nRuins/lost garments\nGarment Racking System\nKept in correct date sequence\nTo be reviewed on a daily basis\nHandling of dirty laundry\nRemove all dirty garments from suites/areas\nEnsure dirty garments are on the dock for pick-up\nBack-up for other on-site coordinator\nUnderstand the other location stocking areas\nNotify areas of days out of office\nUnderstand the stocking process\nReturns/Reprocessing\nGather all garments to be reprocessed\nCompile a list of size, quantities, and items for Customer contact\nResponsible for obtaining authorization from Customer contact, prior to sending back to Vestis.\nResponsible for communicating to Vestis the list of items being returned\nKnowledge/Skills/Abilities\nMust be at least 18 years old.\nDetail oriented\nMust have intermediate computer skills\nMust have effective written and oral communication skills.\n\nExperience/Qualifications\nHigh school diploma or equivalent is preferred\nCustomer Service experience is preferred\n\nWorking Environment/Safety Requirements/Physical Requirements\nMust be able to safely lift, carry or maneuver a minimum of 50 lbs and occasionally up to 100 pounds on a frequent basis, as well as load/unload product from a truck without assistance.\nRemain standing/walking for extended amounts of time daily.\nExposure to adverse and varying weather conditions which may include
