You will also leverage modern AI tooling to streamline testing workflows, improve documentation, and increase overall productivity.\nWhat You’ll Do\nRequirements & Test Design: Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into clear test scenarios and test cases\nTest Execution: Perform functional, regression, integration, smoke, sanity, exploratory, and end-to-end testing\nDefect Management: Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects with clear reproduction steps, expected/actual results, logs, and evidence\nReporting & Innovation: Track QA KPIs to provide regular product health updates while proactively integrating AI tooling to improve workflow efficiency\nCross-Functional Collaboration: Act as a bridge between developers and product experts, mastering complex fintech business domains to ensure requirements are met from both a technical and user perspective\nRequirements\nWhat You Bring\nTechnical Expertise\nProficient in browser debugging (Console/Network) and log analysis (via GCP)\nExperience with API testing including the validation of RESTful services\nHands-on knowledge of non-functional testing, including performance and load testing\nWorking knowledge of NoSQL (e.g. Mongo DB) for data verification\nSolid command of GitLab, including branching strategies and CI/CD pipeline integration\nFamiliarity with E2E test automation frameworks (e.g. Playwright, TypeScript)\nComfortable using AI tools to assist in test design, script generation, and troubleshooting\nTesting & Quality Mindset\nStrong emphasis and proven track record in hands-on manual, feature, regression, smoke, and migration testing\nExperience managing test case databases and knowledge base maintenance\nProven ability to proactively identify, reproduce,
