If you love owning multiple workstreams and keeping a CX tech stack running smoothly, this role was made for you.\nYour Role:\nYou will own the systems and tools that power customer support operations for a fintech and cryptocurrency platform operating thousands of kiosks across multiple countries - blending hands-on Salesforce administration with ownership of the telephony and contact center roadmap.
