This is not a basic reporting role. This is a high responsibility treasury position for someone who can manage global banking relationships, liquidity, and risk with precision, and who is comfortable working directly with a treasury manager or corporate treasurer to keep every account accurate and every forecast reliable.\nYour Role:\n\nAs a Treasury Analyst, you will report directly to the Treasury Manager and support the full scope of global treasury operations for a fintech and cryptocurrency platform with thousands of kiosks operating across multiple countries. You will be responsible for daily cash positioning, bank reconciliation, liquidity management, cash forecasting, and ensuring full compliance with international accounting standards. Your day-to-day will involve:\nPreparing daily cash positioning within the treasury management system to support global liquidity management.\nMonitoring and reconciling cash related accounts, including bank accounts, cash in kiosks, and cash in transit, and analyzing this data for KPI reporting.\nReconciling all bank accounts to make sure banking transactions are accurate and consistent with the books, and eliminating variances.\nProviding reconciliation reports to the accounting team to support the month close process\nOverseeing the sourcing, management, and administration of bank relationships and bank accounts for domestic and international operations, and liaising with banks for statements, reports, and updates on cash position.\nMonitoring fund disbursements to make sure all income and expenditure is recorded in line with internal procedures and international accounting standards.\nKeeping accurate financial and treasury records for every transaction.\nPreparing ad hoc management reports on budget utilization and variances, explaining deviations, and proposing preliminary recommendations for management review.\nOverseeing administrative matters related to the code of conduct for financial activities, and reporting and investigating any unusual activity or transactions.\nSupporting management in the financial decision making process.\nCoordinating and maintaining daily, thirteen week, and twenty six week cash forecasting to make sure adequate funds are available to meet program needs.\nReviewing budget proposals from other functions for technical errors or issues.\nProviding analysis, detail, and explanations on the status of the company's accounts.\nWhat You'll Need: \n\nA bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis on accounting and finance.\nAn MBA is preferred.\nA minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.\nA CPA or Certified Management Accountant credential is preferable.\nExperience developing financial models.\nFamiliarity with Access or another database software application.\nTechnical awareness of accounting and treasury management systems and other business software.\nStrong organizational skills and the ability to stay self motivated.\nAbility to manage multiple tasks at once without losing focus.\nA proactive approach, with the ability to meet and beat project deadlines.\nComfort and proficiency using AI tools to support forecasting, reporting, and daily productivity is a strong plus.\nExcellent Excel skills, including advanced formulas such as VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, and INDEX MATCH, pivot tables for reporting and variance analysis, and the ability to build and maintain rolling cash forecasts, reconciliation trackers, and financial models from scratch, ideally with some comfort in macros or Power Query for repeatable reporting.\nBonus: basic knowledge of cryptocurrency and blockchain.\nTo be considered for this role, you must currently be based in Latin America (LATAM) or Europe.\nWhat We Offer:\n\n Competitive salary in USD, paid consistently every month, no matter where you are.\n 15 paid vacation days per year plus all U.S. federal holidays.\n 100% remote, work from anywhere in LATAM or Europe with a professional home setup.\n A fast paced, high growth environment at the forefront of the global fintech and cryptocurrency industry, where your forecasting and analysis directly support major financial decisions.\n A collaborative, high trust culture through Veta Virtual and our client, where your expertise and judgment are valued from day one.\nReady to Apply?\n\nIf you are ready to own global treasury operations and help guide real financial decisions, apply now and launch your next chapter with Veta Virtual.\nOnce you apply, you will be invited to complete a short 2-minute video question as part of our screening process.
