secure, and maintainable software solutions that support business objectives.\nTranslate business and technical requirements into high-quality software solutions.\nDevelop and maintain APIs, integrations, and backend services.\nTroubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues across multiple system layers.\nParticipate in code reviews and contribute to development standards and best quality.\nWhat We’re Looking For\n4-7 years of full-stack software development experience.\nStrong experience developing applications using the MERN stack.\nProficiency in JavaScript and modern front-end development practices.\nExperience with React, component-based architecture, state management, and responsive design.\nStrong experience developing RESTful APIs and backend services using Node.js and Express.js.\nExperience designing and working with MongoDB databases, data modeling, and query optimization.\nExperience with HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI development frameworks.\nExperience with TypeScript preferred.\nExperience integrating third-party APIs and services.\nHands-on experience designing, deploying, and supporting applications within AWS environments.\nExperience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS, EC2, S3, RDS, API Gateway, CloudWatch, IAM, or similar cloud-native services.\nExperience with containerization technologies such as Docker is preferred.\nExperience with Kubernetes or other orchestration platforms is a plus.\nStrong understanding of software development best practices, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing.\nExperience working in Agile development environments.\nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.\nStrong communication and collaboration skills.\nFamiliarity with AI-enabled development tools, AI-powered applications, large language models, prompt engineering, or related AI technologies is a strong plus.\nExperience in healthcare, benefits administration, or other regulated industries is a plus.\nEducation\nBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field preferred.\nEquivalent work experience will also be considered.\nMinimum of 4 years of
