schematic, and final estimates, quantity takeoffs, and budget models for public building projects nationwide.\nValue Engineering & Risk Management: Identify cost-saving opportunities and potential project risks early in the design and planning phases.\nRequirements\nEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related field (Required).\nExperience: 5-10 years of professional construction estimating experience for a cost consulting firm, construction management firm, or general contractor (Required).\nSector Expertise: Proven track record working on schools (K-12/higher ed), healthcare facilities, federal government and public sector buildings (Preferred).\nCertifications (Preferred):\nCertified Professional Estimator (CPE)\nCertified Cost Professional (CCP)\nSoftware Proficiency: Strong expertise with industry-standard estimation software (including Bluebeam Revu or similar tools).\nLocation & Work
