Full training on laser machinery is provided, and technicians are home on weekends.\nWhat You’ll Do\nTravel to customer sites to diagnose and repair laser machining equipment\nTroubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control-system issues\nPerform repairs, rebuilds, adjustments, and system testing\nSupport customers by phone when remote troubleshooting is possible\nRead and interpret schematics, diagrams, and technical documentation\nDocument service work, findings, and resolutions\nProvide professional, clear communication with customers\nWhat You Bring\nProven technical aptitude, ideally 4+ years of hands-on experience in mechanical or electrical troubleshooting (Military experience/training is highly valued and transferable).\nProficiency using hand tools and precision measurement equipment (e.g., voltmeters, multimeters, gages).\nExcellent communication skills, demonstrated by the ability to write technical reports and provide professional customer support.\nAbility to maintain a rigorous travel schedule (typically Monday-Friday).\nPreferred (Not Required):\nMilitary technical training/certifications or an Associate/Technical degree.\nExperience using voltmeters, oscilloscopes, or similar tools\nBackground repairing mechanical components (ball screws, bearings, gearing, way systems)\nExperience with precision measurement tools (indicators, micrometers, gage blocks, optical comparator;
