This fully onsite role involves designing, developing, and enhancing ServiceNow applications and integrations in a secure environment. An active Secret clearance is required on day one.\nResponsibilities:\nDesign, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows.\nBuild and maintain scripts, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and automation.\nDevelop integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and other data exchange methods.\nSupport upgrades, patches, and platform enhancements.\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.\nTroubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure platform security and compliance.\nMaintain documentation and support end users as needed.\nRequired Qualifications\nActive Secret clearance (TS preferred).\n3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.\nBachelor in computer science or related field.\nStrong proficiency with JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, and ServiceNow scripting.\nExperience with ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CMDB, and Service Catalog.\nFamiliarity with ITIL processes and secure federal environments.\nAbility to work onsite in Washington, DC.\nPreferred Qualifications\nServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or System Administrator (CSA).\nExperience with ServiceNow integrations, MID Server, and Discovery.\nBackground supporting federal agencies or classified environments\nSalary: $85,000 - $165,000\nAbout Us\nIntelliDyne, LLC empowers government organizations through the delivery of quality, mission-aligned services and innovative, people-first IT solutions.
