At Veterans Guardian, we help veterans better understand the VA disability benefits they’ve earned through their service.

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll support veterans throughout their journey by answering calls, providing updates, scheduling appointments, maintaining accurate records, and making sure they know what comes next.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role that involves spending most of your day on the phone and working within computer systems. You’ll move between calls, Salesforce, documentation, scheduling, and internal communication throughout the day.

If you enjoy talking to people, are comfortable working on a computer all day, and can stay organized while handling a steady workload, we’d love to meet you.

What You’ll Do

As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll work directly with veterans by phone while managing the documentation and system updates that keep their experience moving forward.

Your responsibilities include:

• Handling a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls with veterans
• Providing updates, answering questions, and helping veterans understand their next steps
• Documenting every interaction accurately and thoroughly in Salesforce
• Working across multiple computer systems throughout the day
• Scheduling appointments and coordinating calendars
• Reviewing veteran files to ensure required documentation is complete and accurate
• Following up on outstanding items and helping keep veterans moving through the process
• Communicating with internal teams to resolve questions and coordinate next steps
• Managing multiple tasks and priorities while maintaining accuracy
• Consistently achieving individual productivity, quality, and service expectations

Work Location:

This is a full-time, onsite role located at 75 Trotter Hills Circle, Pinehurst, NC.

Experience We’re Looking For

We welcome candidates from a variety of backgrounds, including customer service, call centers/contact centers, healthcare or insurance, banking or financial services, scheduling or administrative support, hospitality, military service, and other roles requiring frequent phone and computer work.

Previous VA disability experience is helpful but not required.

Training & Development

No prior VA claims experience? No problem.

Our comprehensive training program will teach you what you need to succeed, including the VA disability benefits and claims process, Veterans Guardian’s services, Salesforce and company systems, documentation standards, phone and client service expectations, and how our different teams work together to support veterans.
