Resolving conflicts among front desk staff members.\nScreening telephone calls calmly, professionally, and empathetically and assisting Practice Manager with escalated calls.\nEnsure accurate scheduling, check-in/check-out, and client communication\nMaintain strong knowledge of hospital services, policies, and pricing\nSupport daily workflow by communicating effectively with doctors, technicians, and management\nHelp ensure phones, emails, and online requests are handled promptly and consistently\nModel reliability, professionalism, and a positive attitude\nAssist with front desk coverage and scheduling needs as necessary\nEnsure accurate invoicing, estimates, and payment processing\nHelp maintain organization and efficiency at the front desk\nIdentify opportunities to improve client experience and front desk processes\nAdapt easily in a fast-paced, emotional, and ever-changing environment\nEscort clients and patients from the waiting room to exam rooms by safely guiding pets, maneuvering pet carriers, or carrying small animals as needed. This role requires quick reflexes, strong situational awareness, and the ability to respond safely to unexpected pet behavior.\nAssist with medication pick-up by preparing prescriptions for client pickup, verifying client and patient information, and providing clear instructions while following hospital protocols and medication-handling procedures\nQualifications:\n3+ years of veterinary experience is required.\nStrong leadership and organizational skills.\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.\nProficiency in veterinary software systems is a plus.\nA genuine love for animals and a desire to contribute to their well-being.\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.\nPhysical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.\nMust be able to lift up to 40 lbs individually and over 50 lbs with a team lift.
