No evenings or weekend hours!\nKey Responsibilities: \nAssist veterinarians and vet techs during examinations, treatments, and surgeries.\nHandle and restrain animals safely and compassionately\nPrepare examination rooms and surgical areas by cleaning and sterilizing equipment and surfaces\nPerform basic laboratory tests, such as collecting blood, urine, and stool samples\nAdminister medications and vaccinations under the supervision of a veterinarian\nFeed, bathe, and exercise animals as needed\nMaintain accurate medical records\nCommunicate with pet owners about their pets’ care, treatment plans, and follow-up visits\nClean and maintain the clinic, including stocking supplies and ensuring a safe and sanitary environment\nQualifications:\nAt least 1 year of veterinary experience.\nTechnical know-how in areas such as disinfection, administering medication, and using diagnostic equipment.\nPhysical ability to handle animals safely and compassionately.\nAbout Broad River Animal Hospital\nBroad River Animal Hospital is locally owned and operated by Dr. Kathleen Allison & Dr. Sue Reinecke.
