With a solid understanding of the veterinary industry, and prior experience overseeing hospital operations, you'll be responsible for leading with clarity, managing multiple priorities, and contributing directly to the ongoing excellence of the hospital and the well-being of the animals we care for\nJob Type: Full-time\nPay: $100,000-120,000 per year, determined by the candidate's skills, experience, and qualifications. Eligibility for up to 15% performance-based annual bonus.\nSchedule: Full time, salaried position (approx. 40-50 hours per week). You’re confident with veterinary practice management systems (PIMS), Microsoft Office, and Teams, and you can use data to guide decisions.\nWhat you’ll do\nAs a multi site Practice Manager you will oversee both Rye Harrison locations with support from additional mangers and leaders at both practices. You will help build the team at our second location to lead and grow the hospital to serve our expanded community. Together you’ll support both hospitals, balancing the needs of the business with the needs of the team.\nResponsibilities:\nOversee day-to-day operations, with a primary focus on hospital growth initiatives, including:\nMaintaining team focus on client growth and retention activities (e.g., health reminder outreach, forward booking, rescheduling canceled appointments, Google reviews and online reputation)\nCollaborate with Marketing Lead and Marketing partner to drive successful Marketing campaigns\nClient service - ensure practice is offering premium, white glove experience to all clients.\nManage hospital operations in collaboration with Partner Doctors, Medical Director, and Operations Director.\nScope includes personnel management (e.g., hiring, training, development, performance mgmt. and resolution of staff conflicts), scheduling, inventory management and administrative duties required to run practice.\nGuide and coach team members toward continuous improvement, maintaining a strong commitment to the client experience.\nDemonstrate initiative in balancing the needs of both the business and the staff.\nExperience\n2+ years of management experience in a veterinary hospital, animal hospital, or medical practice setting preferred.\nBenefits:\nWe’re dedicated to your well-being and offer a comprehensive package and professional development opportunities to support your work and home life. Dr. Gary Yarnell purchased the practice from Dr. Howard Harmond in 1980. Since then, it has grown from a single-doctor practice into a multi-doctor animal hospital offering full-service care, including wellness, urgent care, sick visits, surgery, and dentistry. Drs. Pisciotta and Green also see exotic patients, including birds, reptiles, and small mammals.\nIn 2026, we opened a second location in Rye Brook, just six minutes from our main hospital. The new space adds appointment availability for our patients and gives our team more room to grow.
