Responsibilities :\n\nProduct Strategy & Execution :\n\n- Work closely with leadership to define product vision, roadmap, and priorities aligned with business goals.\n\n- Collaborate with Engineering, Define and track key product metrics, KPIs, and success benchmarks.\n\n- Build dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and user engagement.\n\n- Use SQL and analytics tools to extract insights and support product decision-making.\n\n- Work with cross-functional teams to improve retention, conversion, and operational efficiency.\n\nCollaboration & Stakeholder Management :\n\n- Coordinate with Engineering and Design teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.\n\n- Communicate product updates, timelines, and priorities across stakeholders.\n\n- Support cross-functional alignment between product, operations, marketing, and customer experience teams.\n\n- Stay updated with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies.\n\nRequirements : \n\nExperience :\n\n- 3+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Analytics, or related roles.\n\n- Exposure to consumer tech, healthcare, marketplace, or startup ecosystems is preferred.\n\n- Experience working closely with Engineering and Design teams on digital products.\n\n- Familiarity with agile product development processes is a plus.\n\nSkills :\n\n- Strong proficiency in SQL for data analysis and reporting.\n\n- Solid understanding of product metrics, analytics, and basic statistics.\n\n- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving abilities.\n\n- Ability to write detailed product requirements and manage execution timelines.\n\n- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.\n\n- Eagerness to grow into a core product role and eventually lead product areas.\n\nEducation :\n\n- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.\n\n- MBA or product certifications are
