User Research & Problem Solving:\n\n- Conduct user research, surveys, and feedback analysis to identify customer pain points and opportunities.\n\n- Use structured, data-driven problem-solving approaches to improve user experience and business outcomes.\n\n- Analyze customer behavior, funnel performance, and product usage patterns to drive product decisions.\n\n- Prioritize features and enhancements based on impact, effort, and business value.\n\n3. Analytics & Performance Tracking:\n\n- Define and track key product metrics, KPIs, and success benchmarks.\n\n- Build dashboards and reports to monitor product performance and user engagement.\n\n- Use SQL and analytics tools to extract insights and support product decision-making.\n\n- Work with cross-functional teams to improve retention, conversion, and operational efficiency.\n\n4.
