The position will also support the coordination of interviews and onboarding of new hires. The Recruiting Assistant will provide best-in-class service to candidates and internal clients, acting with the greatest amount of professionalism and sense of urgency.This individual will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:\nReview of applicants against jobs applied to, while cross referencing other possible opportunities for the applicant\n\nCall applicants to confirm all necessary information to formally submit to hiring teams, while also working with applicants to obtain any supportive documents required\n\nFormat candidate resumes for submission to hiring teams\n\nContinuous tracking and updating of applicant statuses within the Applicant Tracking System\n\nProactively follow up with clients to push candidates through the submission process (interviews, offers, and rejections)\n\nManage the coordination and tracking of interviews through internal tracking system and clients' systems\n\nProvide administrative support and communication to back-office teams when necessary\n\nInitiate, track, and report results of background checks\n\nAssist with new hire onboarding (e.g. preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas, verification of I9’s)\n\nMust Haves:\nExperience with MS Office including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint\n\nExperience working in a team-oriented environment\n\nAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneously\n\nAbility to communicate effectively and professionally with internal and external customers\n\nRequires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 4 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associate’s degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related experience.\n\nNice to Haves:\nExperience working in human resources and/or talent acquisition\n\nExperience with any formal tracking systems or tools; ie.
