This role will combine dashboard development, population health analysis, and clinical quality measurement to support HIE and HDU reporting. This opportunity is contingent upon contract award.\n This is a remote position. The candidate must reside within the continental US.\n Responsibilities\n Develop dashboards, operational reports, and visualizations for program, provider, and payer stakeholders.\nAnalyze healthcare utilization, patient cohorts, care gaps, and population health trends.\nTranslate HEDIS, MIPS, and clinical quality specifications into analytical and reporting logic.\nBuild and validate reporting queries, datasets, and measure calculations against source data.\nInvestigate data discrepancies and collaborate with engineering and clinical teams on remediation.\nDocument metric definitions, analytical methods, assumptions, and limitations and explain findings to stakeholders.\nTake on additional tasks and responsibilities as needed to support team objectives and ensure the success of the project.\n Requirements\n Bachelor’s degree in data analytics, public health, health informatics, statistics, or a related field.\n5+ years of relevant experience, with demonstrated experience across the responsibilities outlined above.\nExperience delivering healthcare analytics, business intelligence, and reporting outputs.\nStrong SQL, data visualization, and dashboard development skills.\nExperience analyzing clinical or payer data for utilization, population health, or care-gap use cases.\nExperience interpreting and validating HEDIS, MIPS, or comparable clinical quality measure specifications.\nAbility to reconcile data, document analytical logic, and communicate findings to clinical and business audiences.\n Additional Qualifications\n Power BI, Tableau, or comparable business intelligence platform experience.\nMedicaid, managed care, value-based care, or combined clinical and claims data experience.\nSAS, R, Python, electronic clinical quality measures, or a relevant healthcare quality credential.\n Security Clearance Requirements\n U.S. Citizenship is required.\nAll selected candidates must successfully complete a background check.\nAbility to obtain and maintain a Government/Public Trust clearance, including required fingerprinting, when required for the position.\n Benefits\n Medical/Dental/Vision\n401k with Employer Match\nPTO + Federal Holidays\nCorporate Laptop\nTraining opportunities\nRemote Opportunity\n VetsEZ is an equal opportunity employer.
