εταιρείας.\nΑρμοδιότητες\nΚαθημερινή διοικητική και γραμματειακή υποστήριξη της διοίκησης.\nΔιαχείριση αλληλογραφίας, τηλεφωνικών επικοινωνιών και επαγγελματικών ραντεβού.\nΟργάνωση συναντήσεων, ημερολογίου και προτεραιοτήτων.\nΣύνταξη, μορφοποίηση και διαχείριση εγγράφων, επιστολών, αναφορών και παρουσιάσεων.\nΣυγκέντρωση οικονομικών και λειτουργικών στοιχείων και προετοιμασία αναφορών.\nΠαρακολούθηση εκκρεμοτήτων και προθεσμιών, με συντονισμό μεταξύ διοίκησης και τμημάτων.\nΟργάνωση και αρχειοθέτηση συμβάσεων, προσφορών και εταιρικών εγγράφων.\nΔιασφάλιση εμπιστευτικότητας και ορθής διαχείρισης ευαίσθητων πληροφοριών.\nΑπαραίτητα Προσόντα:\n\nΠτυχίο ΑΕΙ/ΤΕΙ ή αντίστοιχης κατεύθυνσης θα θεωρηθεί πρόσθετο προσόν.\nΆριστη γνώση MS Office, ιδιαίτερα Word, Excel και Outlook.\nΠολύ καλή γνώση της ελληνικής γλώσσας και ικανότητα σύνταξης επαγγελματικών κειμένων.\nΟργανωτικότητα, συνέπεια, υπευθυνότητα και προσοχή στη λεπτομέρεια.\nΙκανότητα διαχείρισης πολλαπλών εργασιών και τήρησης προθεσμιών.\nΕχεμύθεια και επαγγελματική συμπεριφορά.\nΠροηγούμενη εμπειρία σε θέση γραμματειακής ή διοικητικής υποστήριξης θα εκτιμηθεί.\nΕπιθυμητά προσόντα\nΟικονομικές ή λογιστικές γνώσεις.\nΕμπειρία στην προετοιμασία οικονομικών καταστάσεων, πινάκων και αναφορών.\nΠολύ καλή γνώση αγγλικών.\nΠαροχές:\nΣταθερό και επαγγελματικό περιβάλλον εργασίας.\nΣυνεργασία με τη
