scale\n\nManage lifecycle operations including upgrades, expansions, and migrations\n\nCollaborate with engineering teams to integrate Ceph with OpenStack and Kubernetes platforms\n\nAutomate operational workflows to ensure efficient and repeatable processes\n\nParticipate in on-call rotations to support critical production systems\n\nWork directly with clients to fix their technical problems\n\nContribute to documentation\n\nQualifications\nStrong hands-on experience operating Ceph in production environments\n\nSolid understanding of distributed storage concepts and architecture\n\nProficiency with Linux systems administration and networking fundamentals\n\nExperience with OpenStack Cinder, Glance, or Nova storage backends is a strong plus\n\nFamiliarity with Kubernetes persistent storage concepts is an asset\n\nScripting experience with Python, Go, etc\n\nKnowledge of monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack\n\nAbility to diagnose performance bottlenecks and conduct root cause analysis\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detail\n\nExcellent communication and collaboration skills\n\nNice to Have\nContributions to Ceph or other open-source projects\n\nExperience with automation tools such as Ansible or Terraform\n\nBackground in large-scale cloud infrastructure environments\n\nUnderstanding of object storage
