production use\n\nMonitor and optimize cloud infrastructure to ensure performance, reliability, and capacity\n\nTroubleshoot issues across OpenStack services such as Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, Keystone, and others\n\nPerform upgrades, expansions, and lifecycle management tasks\n\nWork directly with clients to diagnose and resolve technical issues\n\nCollaborate with internal engineering teams to integrate OpenStack with our other platforms and tools\n\nAutomate operational processes to improve efficiency and consistency\n\nCreate and maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and best practices\n\nParticipate in on-call rotations to support critical systems\n\nAssist in preparing and reviewing architecture designs for new deployments\n\nRequired Qualifications\nStrong hands-on experience with OpenStack in production environments\n\nSolid understanding of compute, networking, storage, and identity services within OpenStack\n\nProficiency with Linux systems administration and networking fundamentals\n\nKnowledge of virtualization technologies such as KVM\n\nExperience with tools such as Ansible, Terraform, or similar automation frameworks\n\nFamiliarity with monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK stack\n\nScripting experience with Python, Go, or similar languages\n\nAbility to troubleshoot performance issues and conduct root cause analysis\n\nStrong problem-solving skills with attention to detail\n\nExcellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients\n\nPreferred Qualifications \nExperience contributing to OpenStack or other open-source projects\n\nFamiliarity with Ceph or other distributed storage technologies\n\nKnowledge of Kubernetes or container orchestration
