worlds.\nEnsure full brand consistency across many different channels and formats.\nConcept, storyboard, and personally design high-impact visual assets for digital campaigns and offline activations.\nDevelop strong design systems, visual guidelines, and scalable templates that internal teams and external partners can easily use.\nLead creative direction for social media campaigns, video production storyboards, and dynamic digital ads.\nConceptualize and direct large-scale offline initiatives, including out-of-home (OOH) billboards, premium print collateral, and experiential pop-up installations in high-end hubs.\nAct as the main creative contact for external production houses and agency partners.\nRequirements (must have): \n3-4 years of experience as a Creative Lead or Art Director.\nStrong hands-on graphic design experience, with a standout portfolio of original, bold work (required with the application).\nAdvanced skills in Adobe tools, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Lightroom, and InDesign.\nProven experience creating master visuals for campaigns, building and applying brand guidelines.\nProven experience leading the creative for new product launches.\nExperience designing for both English and Arabic audiences.\nAI-native creative: you use generative AI tools (such as Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, or Runway) as part of your daily workflow to explore more ideas, push concepts further, and deliver faster, without compromising craft or brand.\nWhat success looks like in 6 months:\nUpdated brand guidelines launched and adopted by all teams and agencies.\nMaster visual delivered for at least one major campaign or product launch.\nTemplate library live for social, digital ads, and print.\nClear brief-to-approval process running with marketing, product, and agencies.\nAI tools built into the creative workflow, cutting turnaround time.\nRecognized as the go-to creative voice across the
