Unlike brand marketing, success here is measured in installs, bookings, orders, and leads - delivered within target CPA and ROAS. You'll turn marketing budget into predictable, trackable growth.\nWhat You'll Do:\nOwn paid media performance across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic - driving installs, bookings, and orders within target CPA/ROAS.\nDrive traffic, conversion, and sales growth across app, web, and partner storefronts\nLead full-funnel growth: acquisition, activation, conversion, retention.\nOwn budget planning and allocation across channels and verticals.\nTurn data into decisions - CAC, LTV, ROAS, and CPA reporting for leadership\nRun testing across creatives, audiences, bidding, and landing pages\nBrief and localize ad creative for Arabic/English MENA audiences\nOwn tracking and attribution accuracy (GA4, Firebase, AppsFlyer/Adjust)\nManage media agency and ad platform partnerships\nPartner closely with Brand, Sales, Media, Product, and Creative\nWhat You'll Need:\n4-7 years in performance marketing, digital commerce, retail media, or e-commerce (marketplace, fintech, or healthtech/on-demand a plus)\nHands-on experience managing paid social/search budgets (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads)\nStrong Excel/Sheets skills;
