This is our calling.\nLet’s Talk about the Role\nAs a Credit Controller, you will play a key role in managing some of VF’s wholesale customer accounts. This position offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally and build strong stakeholder relationships. Key responsibilities include:\nManaging the day-to-day running of high-value, high-volume customer accounts, ensuring effective account oversight.\nBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders through regular communication via Microsoft Teams, Zoom, email, and customer portals.\nCollaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and Finance.\nIdentifying, highlighting, and escalating key risks, issues, and opportunities that may impact account performance or cash collection.\nTaking ownership of account performance by proactively driving solutions, resolving disputes, and supporting cash collection.\nHow You Will Make a Difference\nExcellent communication with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal cross functional departments.\nA highly analytical approach and attention to detail and accuracy.\nA results-driven mindset, with the ability to effectively manage customer accounts, prioritise workloads, and resolve queries in a timely manner.\nStrong problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills, enabling you to identify solutions and deliver positive outcomes.\nFinancial and commercial awareness.\nStrong IT and systems proficiency, including advanced Microsoft Excel skills and the ability to work confidently with data from multiple sources.\nPrevious experience in Credit Control, Accounts Receivable, Finance, or a similar customer-focused role.\nSkills for Success\nA problem solver who enjoys investigating issues, identifying root causes, and delivering effective solutions.\nComfortable working with numbers, data, and financial information\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills\nWhat’s in it For You\nWe’re in the business of unleashing human potential, driven by the ideas, energy and commitment of our people.
