Job Ad ABOUT YOUR ROLE: You will be an integral part of the sourcing team, executing the sourcing strategy and managing end-to-end product development. You will work closely with vendors, the Brand Development Team, and cross-functional teams to meet calendar milestones and key performance metrics, contributing to continuous improvement in sourcing operations. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE: (but not limited to) Product Development Execution: Collaborate with relevant personnel to execute the product development process, ensuring that the brand’s product development adheres to seasonal calendars and expectations. Proactively call out risks/ problems, propose solutions and align internally on action implementation. Monitor seasonal development status and follow through to ensure accuracy and timeliness. Collaborate with the PSE (Product Supply Enablement) team on the SMS process, supporting issue resolution to ensure on-time sample delivery.
