Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as Product Development Intern:\nSupport the Product Development team throughout the seasonal development process, managing samples, product information and development milestones.\nContribute to Tech Pack, BOM and product data management activities to ensure accurate and timely execution.\nParticipate in physical and virtual product reviews, assisting with sample evaluation and product validation activities.\nCollaborate with Design, Merchandising, Technical Development, Sourcing and Vendor teams to support product execution and delivery.\nSupport the creation, organization and review of 3D product assets and digital product information.\nAssist with costing analysis, cost tracking and product construction reviews to identify opportunities for optimization while maintaining product integrity.\nExplore and leverage AI-enabled tools that improve efficiency, data accuracy and product development workflows.\nSkills that will make you succeed:\nA keen interest in apparel product development, digital product creation and innovation.\nThe ability to work with data and analytical tools to support product and business decisions.\nAn understanding of product construction, materials and manufacturing processes.\nThe capability to learn and adapt quickly to emerging technologies, including 3D and AI-driven solutions.\nAn analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nFamiliarity with digital product creation tools such as Browzwear, PLM systems, Adobe Suite, Power BI or similar platforms is a plus.\nYou are fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.\nWhat’s in it for you\nIn this role, you will gain a unique combination of apparel product development expertise and exposure to the digital tools transforming the industry.
