Therefore, the successful candidate must possess excellent interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and solid communication and organization skills.\nResponsibilities will include:\nGreeting and welcoming visitors in a professional manner, ensuring all are registered accordingly\n\nSupporting the office service team with activities as needed\n\nProviding administrative support to other departments as needed\n\nAnswering and directing phone calls to the appropriate departments, managing enquiries in a timely and professional manner\n\nHandling and sorting incoming and outgoing emails, redirecting to the central inbox\n\nHandling incoming and outgoing mail and packages.\n\nManaging bookings of internal meeting rooms as required\n\nMaintaining a clean and organized reception area.\n\nSkills for Success\nGood level of English, verbal and written\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.\n\nProficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook and Word)\n\nOrganizational skills and attention to detail.\n\nWhat’s In It For You\nWe’re in the business of unleashing human potential, driven by the ideas, energy and commitment of our people.
