Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as Sales Support Intern:\nDedicate approximately 80% of your time to supporting and enhancing Timberland’s B2B self-service tool for wholesale customers.\n\nPrepare and maintain seasonal digital catalogues, ensuring product information and commercial content are accurate, clear and available on time.\n\nCreate compelling sales presentations and supporting materials that help sales teams and wholesale customers understand Timberland’s seasonal product stories and key commercial messages.\n\nCreate and distribute B2B newsletters through Salesforce, coordinating content and commercial inputs to deliver relevant and timely communications to wholesale partners.\n\nCollaborate with Sales, Merchandising and Marketing teams to gather, organise and publish the content required across B2B tools and communications.\n\nDedicate approximately 20% of your time to supporting Timberland’s Path of Service™ program, including the coordination and communication of volunteering opportunities throughout the year.\n\nSupport company-sponsored service events, including Earth Day and Serv-a-palooza, by helping with planning, employee engagement, logistics and post-event follow-up.\n\nSkills that will make you succeed:\nThe ability to bring structure to multiple priorities, inputs and deadlines in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.\n\nThe capability to turn data, feedback and commercial insights into clear actions, concise summaries and compelling presentations.\n\nAn understanding of how Sales, Merchandising and Marketing connect to serve wholesale customers within a consumer goods, fashion or lifestyle business.\n\nConfidence using digital tools such as Excel and presentation software.\n\nA proactive, detail-oriented approach and a keen interest in brand strategy, commercial execution and continuous improvement.\n\nFluency in English, with strong written and verbal communication skills.\n\nWhat’s in it for you\nAt the end of the Internship period, you can expect to have a clear understanding of:\nHow a global lifestyle brand uses a B2B self-service platform to support wholesale customers throughout the seasonal sell-in journey.\n\nHow to translate product and commercial inputs into effective digital catalogues, sales presentations and customer communications.\n\nHow to plan, create and distribute targeted B2B newsletters through Salesforce.\n\nHow Sales, Merchandising and Marketing collaborate to deliver accurate, timely and engaging content to wholesale partners.\n\nHow Timberland’s Path of Service™ program turns employee volunteering into meaningful community impact, including through Earth Day, Serv-a-palooza and year-round service opportunities.\n\nThe VF EMEA Internship Program is a 12-month journey designed to develop and empower emerging talents at the start of their careers.
