That's because we offer the support of a global organisation but empower our people to take responsibility at store level.\nHow you'll make a difference\nWe expect that our Supervisors help deliver a memorable retail experience by:\nSupporting and coaching the sales team to deliver the highest level of customer service.\n\nLeading by example and acting as a role model on the shop floor.\n\nSupporting the management team in achieving sales and operational objectives.\n\nMaintaining merchandising standards in accordance with brand guidelines.\n\nHelping develop a positive team culture and motivating associates to perform at their best.\n\nEnsuring all operational procedures are followed in the store and stockroom.\n\nSharing product knowledge and promoting the values of The North Face brand.\n\nWhat makes you the perfect Store Supervisor?\nYou have previous retail experience, ideally within a supervisory or leadership role.\n\nYou enjoy interacting with customers and developing people.\n\nYou are a strong team player with a hands-on mentality, enthusiasm and passion for delivering a fantastic customer experience.\n\nYou have a positive can-do attitude, facing all situations in the store.\n\nYou are passionate about our brand, fashion and retail in general.\n\nYou have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
