efficiency.\n\nMonitor facility budgets, control operational costs, and identify cost-saving opportunities.\n\nInitiate and manage Purchase Requisitions (PRs) and Purchase Orders (POs) for facility-related requirements.\n\nConduct facility inspections, evaluate maintenance requirements, and prepare cost estimates and quotations.\n\nMonitor spare parts inventory, warehouse stock levels, and consumables to ensure business continuity.\n\nAnalyze facility performance and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance service quality and operational efficiency.\n\nLead sustainability initiatives focused on energy efficiency, waste reduction, and environmental performance.\n\nPrepare monthly reports covering maintenance activities, facility performance, costs, vendor performance, and operational KPIs.\n\nEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective service delivery and timely resolution of operational issues and service requests.\n\nRespond to emergencies and manage facility-related incidents in a timely and professional manner.\n\nRequirements\nBachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.\n\n7+ years of experience in Facilities Management, Property Management, or Building Operations.\n\nStrong knowledge of building systems, maintenance planning, and facility operations.\n\nExperience managing contractors, vendors, and service agreements.\n\nStrong budgeting, procurement, and cost-control skills.\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.\n\nProficiency in MS Office and facility management
