Reporting to the IT Manager, the role will support the effective planning, coordination, tracking, and delivery of technology projects and operational activities across the Group. Role Requirements: Provide first- and second-line support for user devices, Microsoft 365, Teams and workplace applications, as well as first-line support for ERP, HRMS, CRM and other business systems. Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, peripherals and meeting-room equipment.
