to join our Technology & Innovation Department and support the Group's IT infrastructure, cloud environment, cybersecurity, and business-critical systems.\nRole Responsibilities:\nManage and maintain Microsoft Azure and on-premises infrastructure, including Windows Servers, virtual machines, storage, and core services. \nAdminister Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, MFA, and Conditional Access policies. \nSupport and troubleshoot corporate networks, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, Wi-Fi, routing, switching, and firewall infrastructure. \nEnsure infrastructure security, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity in line with ISO 27001 and NIS2 requirements. \nMonitor system performance, resolve incidents, and coordinate with external vendors and technology partners. \nMaintain infrastructure documentation, system inventories, configurations, and technical procedures. \nParticipate in infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, and continuous improvement initiatives across the Group. \nFirst-level support when required.\nNew-site deployments and broader infrastructure migrations\nResponsibility for infrastructure availability and cost efficiency.\nRequirements\nCandidate Profile\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field. \nMinimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Systems Administration, IT Infrastructure, or a similar technical role. \nStrong experience with Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Windows Server, Azure infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and endpoint management. \nSolid understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs, Wi-Fi, routing, switching, and enterprise firewall platforms (Fortinet will be considered an advantage). \nExperience with Microsoft Defender, Intune, PowerShell, Azure Backup, Azure Monitor, or automation tools will be considered an advantage. \nKnowledge of ISO 27001, NIS2, and corporate information security practices. \nExcellent command of Greek and English, both written and spoken. \nStrong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and organizational skills with a service-oriented mindset. \nBenefits\nWhat We
