Обязанности:
  • своевременный сбор у сотрудников и контрагентов документации;
  • проверка полученных документов на правильность заполнения и соответствие законам РФ;
  • своевременное внесение полученных документов в учетную систему;
  • оформление регистров учета для обобщения поступившей информации;
  • контроль над правильностью документооборота;
  • формирование комплектов документации;
  • передача в архив бумжных оригиналов первички;
  • участие в инвентаризации, помощь в фиксации итогов ревизии.
Требования:
  • работа с ЭДО
  • знание нормативных документов в области ведения бухгалтерского учета в коммерческой организации
  • опыт работы к коммерческой организации от 3-х лет
Условия:
  • оформление по ТК РФ
  • график работы с 9.00 до 17.00
