Interns will work on civil engineering projects and will learn technical skills and computational software.\nResponsibilities\nEffectively interact with numerous VHB staff, clients, and consultants to advance projects in a timely manner\nEngineering calculations\nPreliminary and final design plans\nContract documents including specifications\nEngineer’s estimates\nPreparing construction documents\nSkills and Attributes\nExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.\nAbility to independently perform multiple tasks and interact appropriately and positively with coworkers.\nSelf-motivated with attention to detail.\nTeam oriented with strong capability to work independently.\nQualifications\nCurrently pursuing undergraduate or masters degree in Civil Engineering\nThe hourly pay range for this position, located in Vermont, is $19 to $30. The actual hourly rate offered will be determined based on job-related factors, including geographic location, internal equity, experience, credentials, skills, education, work schedule, and other factors permitted by law. The posted hourly range reflects base pay only.
