Overview ABOUT THE POSITION Learning Experience Designer | Orlando, FL | Hybrid Under general supervision, designs, develops, evaluates, and revises training programs, courses, learning experiences, and other VHB instructional materials and performance-support tools. Applies instructional design, adult learning, accessibility, universal design, user experience, multimedia, and artificial intelligence (AI) principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences for employees and/or clients while applying human judgment and quality review to all deliverables. Primary Duties & Responsibilities Designs in-person, virtual, blended, and e-learning solutions targeted at employees and/or clients. Collaborates with subject matter experts and stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with learning and business needs. Analyzes learner, performance, and business needs to determine appropriate learning and performance-support solutions.
